I have fair rates based on not knowing where in the US or where in the world an item will be sent. Many boots will bulge in a flat rate box & now the post office will not take any flat rate boxes that dooes't lay flat - nothing overstuffed or even bulging in a flat rate box. And the fee is for"shipping & handling" - paper, ink, packing material, driving to the Post Office - that is all included......
